The short version
Two bedrooms, one bath, room for five, all on a single level in Moonridge. A king and a queen with a Mitsubishi mini split each, a sofa bed in the living room, and a bath remodeled in seafoam subway tile. The kitchen has a gas range, a farmhouse sink, a dishwasher, an air fryer, and a coffee station.
Outside there is a hot tub, two fire pits, cornhole, and a backyard fenced on all four sides. Bear Mountain is four minutes down the hill and The Village is eleven.
