Two bedrooms, one bath, and space for five guests on a single level. The kitchen and bath were remodeled recently.
Room by room
Bedroom One: King
A king bed with shelving built into the headboard, a West Elm midcentury desk on a cowhide rug, and sliding mirrored closets. The Mitsubishi mini split runs heat or air conditioning by remote.
Bedroom Two: Queen
An upholstered West Elm queen facing the Moonridge neighborhood, with its own remote-controlled mini split and sliding mirrored closets.
The Bath
Remodeled in seafoam subway tile with antique gold accents. There is a tub, bathrobes, and a vanity mirror that lights at a touch and opens for toiletry storage.
The Living Room
High ceilings, and a fireplace faced with rocks native to Big Bear. That practice is no longer permitted. A large flat screen hangs above it. There is a Lovesac beanbag, books and games, and a sofa bed for a fifth guest.
The Kitchen
Gas range and stainless oven, refrigerator and freezer, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, microwave, and air fryer. The coffee station has a kettle, toaster, and blender.
The Deck and Backyard
String lights run over the deck, which holds a rocking lounger, a fire pit, and a table for four. A few steps below, the hot tub and adirondack chairs face the second fire pit. The whole yard is fenced.
