What is in it
The kitchen was remodeled recently. A gas stove with a stainless steel single oven, a farmhouse sink, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
It is properly stocked. Pots and pans, cooking oil, salt and pepper, and a full set of bowls, plates, cups, silverware, and chopsticks. You can arrive with groceries and cook that night without a trip down the hill for a saucepan.
The coffee station
A coffee station sits on the counter, and the coffee itself is provided. A hot water kettle, a toaster, and a blender sit alongside it, and there is an air fryer.
Where you eat
There is a dining table indoors and a second table for four out on the deck under the string lights, with the fire pit next to it.
